Walter promised a Nov 08 CD... but again first carefully read my challenge to him... SIR.... Once Tommy announced the launch of his new forum site a few months back I took it onto my own to print onto hardcopy, postings and replys on issues that I felt were of most intrest. Since I knew that most forum sites historically choose to delete previous postings once the new site kicks in, I thought they would be nice to refer to down the road... Needless to say I have literally countless postings made by you, in which you GUARANTEED a 2008 release and bashed anyone who challenged you on your position... In fairness to you I would be more than happy to fax you these for your reference... If you wish to send me your fax number on a PRIVATE message I will forward them to you forthwith. I would suggest that all members from the old site clearly remember the numerous postings you made hammering this guarantee onto all of us. Having said that,in the unlikely event that others need to have their memory refreshed I would be more than happy to fax you in a likewise manner In the event that you would like to enter a plea on this accusation and in doing so admit that your guarantee was totally unfounded we can wrap things up in a quick and orderly manner. If you choose to deny this allegation I have unlimited documentary evidence to support it. Finally I you choose to proceed with with your 2008 guarantee that you so often assured of us we will await your opening statement.
On Tues March 4 ,having been served notice, please be advised Walter was found guilty, in what law terms as an ex parte trial(latin meaning.. for one party only).. Since this jurisdiction allows for a proceeding to go forward in the absense of the accused who has been served proper notice, please be advised that on the above noted date in the year 2008 in the judicial district of York , Walter was found guilty of posting, on or about the 15 day of November in the year 2007 ,unsubstantiated comments,in which he guaranteed a 2008 Shania CD, but when asked on Sunday March 4,2008 to substantiate failed to do so. It should be noted that if in fact Shania does release a CD in 2008, this court will consider any motion that may be brought forward by Walter in a clemency hearing.

bob, you better take your meds again lol!!! Nobody guarenteed anything. It is called an opinion lol!!!! I have no clue if she will get off her butt and have a cd this year or next, we are all guessing. What does a private message have to do with anything? You won't have to worry about Kingwalter anymore in any debate or arguing matches. I have lost all motivation for defending Shania to bashers and even pointing out her many faults to fellow Shania fanas. Shania has lost all interest in music and I have lost all interest in Shania as of this moment. I said a long time ago that if Shania doesn't have an album out in 2008 that I will not support her anymore and wait 7 years between albums. What makes it even worse is that she came out last year misleading fans who really look up to her.It is 99% sure that there will be no album in 2008. So you won't have to worry about my honest opinions anymore, I will move on to real artists like Dolly Parton who at 60 is touring and writing 50 songs a month. I will miss the arguing!!!
Hey Walter.....Not sure what to say right now so will lie low but needless to say will have a reply. Having said that my personal advice to all is to THINK before you reply... Maybe Walter is 100 percent wrong in his position but on the flip side maybe 100 percent wrong.... At least I have the guts to say...I REALLY don't know. What I do with Walter or the way I choose to address him is my business. I've decided many months ago not to beat my head into the desk senselessly with his nonsense. It's the same old.
I know who I am and people who've known me a long time in cyberland can tell you where my passionate support lies or how dedicated I am. I don't need to prove myself to anyone and I'm definitely not out to make a boasting impression. I take it one day at a time and its either people can follow along and have an understanding or they can disapprove. Doesn't matter.
