Is the Sha-Mutt genre over?

I think Shania will do just fine without him, I guess she may still love him deep down in spite of what he's done as they were together a long time and shared so many great memories and it was their love of music which initially�drew them together. But I think she did the right thing, I wouldn't want to stay with a man either�who was screwing around even if it meant the child not being able to see his father as often, but they won't ever put Eja in the middle of them.

But remember we don't know the 100% full story of the breakup.
There is lots that we don't know.

I don't know what to believe about these cheating rumours. The other board I post at seem to want to stamp on any discussion with regards to it. To be fair it's only gossip mags who have printed this stuff.

I know someone who use to work for People magazine. According to him People magazine researches everything and is 100 percent accurate in reporting their news. They would never have proceeded with this article and name names if they were not 100 percent certain of their facts. As well, Shania acknowledged that her heart is "broken". She won't collaborate with Mutt for a very long time if at all. She will be polite to Mutt for the sake of their child together but I don't expect anything else here.

i don't think we can read too much into a letter she gave to the fans. It was a great PR move to get great sympathy and play the victim again. It was way too over the top in my opinion.
And the letter didn't say anything about the affair.
Like I said, there is way too much that we don't know.� The Sha-Mutt genre may still make a comeback in the future.
I am torn, I would love to hear great new Sha-Mutt music but on the other h and it would be a good change for Shania to re invent herself like all icons do.

I'm not saying I don't believe what you say Lulu. I'm still new to�this split story as I only got online recently. It's just I had a guy over at another board telling me last night that it was all tittle tattle.

Once again lulu, People magazine or anybody for that matter have no clue 100% what went on in their relationship.
There probably was some kind of affair but you or anyone don't know the whole truth and you never will.
And you also can't be 100% sure that they won't collaborate again in the near future..

I am not asking for anyone to rehash the breakup since nobody knows the whole truth.

I am asking if the Sha-Mutt genre might be back again in full force in the future.

i don't think theres any real way of telling,if Shania fines happiness than maybe she forgives Mutt and they move on in a business partnership,but i doubt it, tough pill to swallow husband and good friend unless theres alot more we don't know

And the way Hazel CMT Hot Dish put it, Marie pretended to be Shania's friend to get close to Mutt. That it is hard to find good help. Can you imagine? There are some awful things in this world.

Hazel is a gossip person and has zero information or facts.
She even said last week that Shania can't make it without Mutt and she also said in one of her statements that Mutt found it hard to please Shania because Shania� was fussy.

so nothing Hazel says has any truth to it at all.� She also spread false info about Shania before and said Mutt is the only reason Shania is a huge success.

I picture Mutt venting to Marie-Ann everytime he had a disagreement with Shania. Mutt being the one with relationship issues took this relationship further...well I guess I should say they both took it further. Shania must have been devasted by this thankfully she seems to be doing better now. I do not believe for a moment that Shania's letter was a sympathy grabber for Shania. I think the pain was so vivid and real that it came out in her letter to her fans as well. And about the People magazine article.....it was accurate.

i agree with the heart break statement it had to be tough if it came out of the blue,as far has the affair goes marie's daughter was 1 year older than Eja so im sure they bonded has new mothers,and as familys,than as you said something more started to happen

I disagree with you 100%.
People magazine or anybody don't know 100% what goes on behind closed doors except shania and mutt. Just because they may of got some facts right doesn't mean they got the whole story.
I would appreciate it if you don't take� people magazine as the gospel and end all of truth.
It only told one side of the story and� you have no clue what else went on.

Well it's been over two months now and nothing has changed in regards to this story. Shania shocked and left devastated. The fine details we do not know.

Well maybe they had a work relationship in the early years and then she got closer to the Lange's as a friend later on? I'm just being silly with comments here because of all this speculating we've been doing, lol. all we know is the same news and story for the past two and a half months. Shania shocked and left devastated and heartbroken.

Shania does seem to be pretty tight with those around her including those who work for her and it seems she has a friendly relationship with them (approach), people always have nice things to say, she doesn't come off as being above anyone. It's still such a surprise this whole thing came about. It really stinks.

You know we can feel as bad as we can ,or want to! It's happened, better now than let's say 5 or 10 years from now, after more children!!!!! Can you imagine the heartbreak if it would have continued w/out Shania finding out at all! I'm not saying I feel good about it, I'm just saying "better now, than later!!!

Mutt had some weird requests while Shania was a good ol' fashioned northern bush girl, but they clicked with music and Mutt must have charmed the socks off her, lol. She was always good with kids and it would have been nice if she could have had more, it took enough convincing on her part for Mutt to agree to one, Eja, who he uniquely named. Family doesn't seem like his thing, at least in some aspects.

Then Shania was one naive woman if she thought a marriage after only 6 months with a man 17 years older than her was for life.

The odds were against them from the start and everybody knew what would eventually take place.

Lets just deal with some facts, Mutt and Shana had nothing in common but music.
Why do some fans always want to map out her personal life and try and tell her out to feel and what to do next?
she makes mistakes like everybody else and she should get back on the saddle like everybody else.
I tend to think Shania was not as naive and weak and some fans continue to make her out to be.
She knew exactly what she� was getting into. She married a man very influential in the music businss and that was also a big part of the marriage. Sure they had feelings for eachother and grew on eachother but this was first a business and music� relationship in my opinion.

I get compliments all the time on my looks and peronality so it is� hard for me to be too humble.

I just state the facts and I have always been that way.
So when I say something is is with brutal honesty.
And don't mention a mirror because my friends say I look at myself too much in the mirror.
I will walk by a store with windows and make sure everything is right lol!!
I guess you can say I am shallow in many ways since I go to night clubs and look for the best looking woman and take her home.
It doesn't matter what personality she has.

Just telling it as it is.
Us Shania fans are all different and all have different lifestyles. I must live in a faster lane than you but that is okay, we are all Shania fans.
