Just read of some large explosion in Toronto, some people evacuated, some taken to a Yorkdale shopping center. Is that anywhere near where Shania was shopping. Reports of it sound very frightening.
Hey Linda...Not to worry..You are right,it was a very large explosion from a propane facility..Alot of damage..Shania is in the downtown area of Toronto so was likely awaken by it around 4:00am Sun morning as the noise and vibration carried for miles . The actual explosion took place about 10 miles(16km) north of the downtown core. Yorkdale mall was evacuated but again that is not located in the downtown core but in fact alongside. Hwy 401...Bob
