Because Todd G/Splash had taken photos of her carrying the wine and assumed she was the one drinking it on her cabin, when it may have been for guests like the two old men she was seen with, doling out hugs.
I find that photo so invasive. It was a private moment between a mother and her son. It must be awful to be pursued by the press like that. I was hoping Canada would be a refuge for her but that is not the case. I can understand why she lives in Switzerland where the laws are stricter.
