It depends on what agreements have been made between the two of them, but don't they also have a newly-built recording studio in their mountain retreat in NZ? And I wonder what will happen to that property now, to me it seems pointless keeping, if they rarely visit and going to spend any time there.
i don't know if shania could use it or not but there must be more recording studio's in Switzerland and if eja is in school there that's where she would recorded it,i would think

Actually Shania has full use of any studio she wants and owns 50% of every studio they have.In fact the new studio oni Lake Geneva is part Shania's too. And how do you know she hasn't used any of hers and mutt's studio the last couple months when she has been reported as doing some recording. Just because she will be in Nashville alot over the coming months doesn't mean she hasn't done a fair bit of recording at her own studios is partly owns. She could just go to nashville to record part of the album like she has in the past.
So in answer to Bob's question. Of course Shania can use any studio she wants and desires. The studio's they got after they were married are half Shania's and any agreement would of course allow Shania to use the studio when she wants.
