Shania's friends say that she's been writing her a** off since her marital split, so she has plenty of material (and heartbreak) to fill an entire album.

I don't know how reliable any sources are these days.
There have been tons of rumors regarding Shania music and none of them panned out.
The only way I see her having an album ready soon is if Mutt is working with her in private and they have been working on it for a while.
Shania hasn't even started recording it as far as we know. Any new producer working with her would of been leaked out by someone by now.
Her friends said to people magazine that she will be around Nashville lots in the coming� months which to me means she will start recording early in 2009 and release it in late 2009.
I personally would be totally shocked if she has recorded any of the album at all yet.

Kevy! I think you might be right about the release, a few months ago, I was told around spring,it would have to be recorded quick for spring release, but a summer release is not unreasonable!!!! As far as my sources, they have been pretty reliable in the past,so take that for what it is worth!!�

why dont you ask shania's sister, carrie ann I wrote her and she said the album is just about done, I think it will be released in early spring.

We all would like to believe that very much and I would be the first to be excited if this was true.
How does Carrie Anne know you?
And even if it is true that she is almost done the album there is has to be lots of advance promoting and Shania getting out there far in advance of the album� release.If it is true that she has recorded much of the album then I only see an announcement in spring of when the album will be releases. There is no way the album will be released in springtime.
But I hope you are right about her recording the album already but I have my doubts.

through facebook, carrie ann and her husband run a business in huntsville, which i have been to too, but anyways carrie ann sais the album will be out in a few short months, heres the letter from facebook.

To answer some of your questions, the Shania profile is a fake. My sister doesn't have a profile, & I doubt she ever will.
As for the CMAs, you will just have to wait & see. I can't say anything about that.

Well, this is very exciting news if that is in fact Carrie Anne
But there has to be announcements way in advance of the album and a single release 2 months before the album.
Maybe a summer release ?
But with all these rumors why hasn't the label said anything?

Also if that is in fact Carria Anne, she would be a real good source of the truth.
So if Shania is in fact going to announce an album early in the near year then all of those magazines and quotes from socalled pals of Shania are bogus and don't even have a clue what Shania was doing or thinking.
In fact this whole Mutt affair may of been started by the media and Shania is not mad at him at all about anything.It could of been a mutual split as I said all along.

Peever isn't lying, that is what Carrie Anne said.
And it makes sense to me. Shania has never saw a need to say anything about what she is working on. If it gets out by someone close to her then so be it or maybe Shania wanted it to get out so the fans know the cd is coming� without her having to say anything.
Who knows the reason, but that is what Carrie Anne said and she would know a heck of alot better than any magazine from so called pals of Shania.

Why are trying to convince yourself that it is not true.
That is what Carrie Anne said.
Go and contact CArrie Anne through her facebook company in huntsville if you think she is not telling the truth.
Has it ever crossed your mind that the big announcement will be made early in 2009 and then all the hype and publicity will start.
I happen to think that spring is too early but who knows.
If Carrie Anne said this then I believe her more than any so called pals of Shania who give quotes in magazines and probably haven't tallked to her in years.

Well with Shania everything is like this. All in secrecy until the last moment.
Nashville narc did say that he has got 10 emails and tips that Shania will make an announement about the album in a few short weeks into the new year.
So the rumors will get stronger in the next coming weeks about the announcement of a new album of this is all true.
I think everybody is just waiting till christmas and the hollidays are over with.
I personally still would be in shock if the album will be out before May.

One of Patsy Cline's biggest ever hits was 'Crazy'.

There has been all sorts of titles being thrown around. Last I heard, it was going to be called 'Changing Times'.

As for the Facebook thing, I was informed a while ago that Shania does not have a profile and there were and probably still are imposters on it.

Wasn't Ian Halperin going to have some further info on his blog (even if some or all of it's not reliable) about new music from Shania? The only other source that has mentioned anything is nashville narc. Why aren't any other media outlets picking up on this?

We all know Shania doesn't have a facebook account, Carrie Anne said it was fake.
Nobody is talking about Shania's fake account.
We are talking about Carrie Anne(Shania's sister) who does have a facebook account with her husband for their business in Huntsville.
We are talking about what Carrie Anne said.

And the reason nobody is picking up on this is because there is no announcement yet and has been kept quiet.
Maybe they are waiting till after the holliday to make an announcement.None of us knows anything.
But Carrie Anne would know a heck of alot more than anyone.

I think tons of people have seen the site considering it has been up awhile. Just PM Peever and ask the name of the business and her last name.
It shouldn't be too hard to find.

Not true lulu. Eminem and U2 are releasing new album early in 2009 and they are 2 of the biggest stars in the last 20 years along with Shania.

Actually the reason some of us are impatient is because we have had false information about Shania music for years and nobody wants to get their hopes up.
All we want to do is make sure what you hear is from a good source and if it is actually Carrie Ann who� sent you those� notes.
Are you 100% sure that it is Carrie Anne(Shania's sister) who sent you those notes and are you 100% sure that is what she said?
Thats all we want to know, the truth.
We are all Shania fans� here wanting to know any info about any music about Shania and if you can honesty give us info that is true then we welcome it very much.

I am very sure, its Carrie Anne, and how i know this is because many of shanias band mates, and the manager of the shania twain center actually added her also, please go on facebook find her and talk to her, I'm sure she will answer many of your questions.
