since shania hasnt had an album out for so long, and it looks like nothing is coming anytime soon, why doesnt she just officially say she is retired, and make some sort of statement?? or does she have other plans??? To me her blogs are not cutting it..
It seems like she's had enough fun with her blogs and gave them up as well. :) Who knows why she keeps us wondered and doesn't say anything which could be demonstration that something is coming if it is. Or say she has no inspiration, no desire to make the album. It's a secret.
well its true, either get to work or retire, most fans although love her deeply and will contue too, are tired of waiting and will move on sooner than later,

HI, I say once a fan always a fan. Just my opinion!!
I think she would have the decency to let her fan base know and not leave us in the lurch if there comes a point when Shania no longer wants to pursue a music career.

Warmest regards as always, Tonto
It does not cost me a thing to remain a fan - I am a fan of 100s of artists - some who passed on many decades (hence no new music) - if and when she puts out new music I will buy it - until then I have so much music I love to listen to it is mind-boggling...

Hi Purple, I could not agree with you more. Too much music to listen to and too many artists to say if we don't get new music we will no longer be fans. Take Elvis for instance. He's been dead a long time but his music and his fans live on and I myself can testify that I am helping to create new fans by introducing his music to lots of children and they all love it and I have also been playing lots of Shania for them and they love her also so as long as we have their music old or new there will always be fans. Will forever be a Shania fan.
