Just sharing that I learned today that Shania is coming for a pocket show in the launch of a Premium (Very Premium) real state business in Brazil.

Project in Porto Feliz targets privacy for 250 property owners, featuring complete leisure infrastructure and an environmental commitment.

This Saturday (26), JHSF will introduce Boa Vista Estates, a new real estate project that integrates into the Boa Vista Complex in Porto Feliz (SP). The project is described by the company itself as the "largest high-income lifestyle ecosystem in Latin America."

To celebrate the launch, Canadian singer Shania Twain will perform an exclusive concert for invited guests—marking her first visit to Brazil since 2018.

Located about an hour from the state capital of São Paulo, with direct access via the Castello Branco Highway, the project sits directly in front of Fazenda Boa Vista. The overall Boa Vista Complex will reach its 20th anniversary in 2027.

Boa Vista Estates boasts a potential Gross Sellable Value (GSV / VGV) of R$ 3 billion across a total area of 7 million square meters (75.3 million sq. ft.), divided among private streets, lakes, amenity zones, and native forest.

Property Formats & Amenities

The land plots are available in two main formats:

  • Estâncias (Estates): Starting from 20,000 m²
  • Lotes (Plots): Starting from 5,000 m²

All plots line private streets featuring public squares and views overlooking lakes and gardens.

The amenity architecture is signed by renowned interior designers Sig Bergamin and Murilo Lomas, while the landscape design is created by Maria João d'Orey.

The list of featured amenities includes:

  • Wellness center
  • Kids club
  • Organic mini-farm (fazendinha)
  • Medical center
  • Helipad
  • Organic garden
  • Park and garden areas distributed throughout the terrain

"Boa Vista Estates stems from a very clear decision: to provide expansive land areas and utmost privacy within a highly exclusive development. It spans 7 million square meters structured for just 250 owners, complete with full infrastructure and seamless integration into the natural landscape," notes Augusto Martins, CEO of JHSF.

The real estate venture adheres to environmental sustainability standards, encouraging internal commuting via bicycles and electric carts, featuring on-site water and sewage treatment, and keeping designated zones reserved for planting and native vegetation preservation.

Sports & Recreation Facilities

The project features a linear park with dedicated running and cycling paths complete with grade-separated crossings—with JHSF citing New York City's Central Park as the benchmark for this layout.

  • 10 km of paved running tracks and 10 km of cycling paths.
  • 15 km equestrian trail.
  • 4 km lakeside walking/running loop. (According to the developer, none of these active circuits feature traffic intersections.)

Boa Vista Estates will also host Brazil's only 18-hole golf course designed by Australian legend Greg Norman, complete with a clubhouse, bar, and restaurant.

The Boa Vista Estates Country Club comprises a spa, courts for tennis, padel, pickleball, and beach tennis, a multi-sport court, a soccer field, and a restaurant. For equestrian pursuits, it includes an equestrian center, both indoor and outdoor arenas, an international-standard polo field, and an equestrian clubhouse.

Indeed, looks like it is real.

I tried to learn more about it. The event is completely closed. It's about 60 miles from where I live. There's a billionaire investment in this project.
It's so bad that they will travel so far for that.

Hoping there will be some entertainment executive in the audience with the idea to organize a proper concert. Harry Styles was here in July but with another opening act...

Anyway, if I can get some local information or videos I'll share here with you all.

The show marks the presentation of Boa Vista Estates, a development that is part of the Boa Vista Complex, considered a refuge for celebrities and billionaires in the interior of the state.

The singer was in Brazil eight years ago, when she performed at the Arena da Festa do Peão de Barretos (SP) . On that occasion, she had the audience singing at the top of their lungs "Come on Over," the song that gives its name to her most successful album and which made her known throughout the world. The album earned her four Grammy Awards and the top spot on the most important music charts in the world.

According to JHSF, the owner of the development that will be launched at the event, Boa Vista Estates has a potential sales value estimated at around R$ 3 billion and expands on the complex's concept, which will be 20 years old in 2027, by bringing together large plots of land, complete infrastructure, and carefully planned development for a small number of families.

The dedicated area totals 7 million square meters, distributed among private streets, lakes, recreational areas, and native forest. The site was designed to accommodate 250 families, prioritizing maximum privacy, comfort, and integration with the countryside landscape.

The estates, with areas starting from 20,000 m², and the plots, starting from 5,000 m², are distributed along private streets, overlooking the lakes, gardens and landscapes of the region, guaranteeing independence between the residential areas.

The concert venue is located an hour from the capital, near the Castello Branco Highway, and will not be open to the general public.

Shania Twain is back in Brazil! After eight years away from the Brazilian stages, the Canadian singer surprised guests this Saturday (26) by performing at an exclusive event in Porto Feliz, in the interior of São Paulo. A video of the moment shows the artist singing one of her biggest hits, “You’re Still the One.”

The presentation marked the launch of Boa Vista Estates, JHSF’s new venture integrated into the Boa Vista Complex. The project was presented to customers and guests of the company and had no ticket sales to the general public.

In the record, Shania appears on stage wearing a black hat and look with sparkle, while playing the song that became one of the great classics of her career.

The artist's last passage through the country had happened in 20182018, when she performed at the Festa do Peão de Barretos, also in São Paulo. Since then, the singer had not returned to Brazil for a performance.

The return happened on a fairly reserved occasion. Boa Vista Estates will have 7 million square meters and was planned for 250 families, with lots starting from 5 thousand m2 and resorts from 20 thousand m2. The potential VGV of the project is estimated at R$ 3 billion.
