According to a post on the Shania Forums, the photo is from Alex, a member of CC. I'm not sure what CC stands for.

Hey I dont post here a lot but I thought I would I would let you know what CC stands for. It is a excellent picture site called The Celebrity City. I am a member. It is a free site all pics are very good. No adult material at all.

I want to know who the handbag is by - I can only see a small portion - looks like maybe Vuitton.
