In the December 12 issue of Country Weekly, the results of the readers' poll to select "Country's Most Beautiful Woman" have been published. Carrie Underwood was voted #1. Shania came in at #4.

The text on Page 42 (along with a full-page picture) reads:
"4 SHANIA TWAIN We'd all love to look this good at 46 - the age Shania turned this past August. The superstar singer has maintained her trim figure and glamorous looks, and voters obviously agree that she still looks like a fashion model. Shania's continuing appeal was best evidenced by her recent series on Oprah Winfrey's OWN cable channel, "Why Not? With Shania Twain," which drew the highest premiere ratings on the network. This past year, Shania added to her glamour quotient as she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame."

I am very impressed with number 4. Like not bad for someone who has been out of the spot ligh for a long time. Imagine she might reclaim number one once she makes her come back next year.
