Hi,

I just want to wish these ladies good luck on getting their surprise to Shania.  I spent money on the VIP package for the Rock this country Tour hoping to be able to give her a quilt that I made and I wanted to give it to her at the sound check that we got to go to but the lady in charge of it said that I had to give it to her to give to Shania so I did.  I watched her take it down and sit it on a table by the stage but I don't know if Shania ever even saw it.  I got no note, no shout out on stage, no nothing.  Shania is nothing like Taylor Swift in appreciating her fans like that.  I hope for their sake they get a better response than I did.  I worked really hard on the quilt.  I don't think Shania likes to get things from the audience on stage because she does not like surprises and I think it is because she does not handle spontaneity well.  In other words I don't think she likes being put on the spot so to speak.  To say the least I was disappointed that I still haven't heard anything at this point I know I never will but it just would have been nice to have at least gotten an autographed picture with a thank you note.  I know she was busy and all but she could have taken just a few seconds to do at least that.   Just my thoughts on the subject.
