Kind of disappointed Shania never paid respects to Kenny Rogers who died on Friday. He was huge in pop and country long before Shania. Just quite a shame that Shania never even gave this great icon a mention on social media but yet she gives mentions to people who aren't even in kenny's class as a person or artist. It is quite odd too she never paid respect to him after he died since Kenny was in one of Shania's biography shows and praised Shania. She is too busy with her stupid vegas show and acting now. At least Kenny made lots of music and albums while Shania barely puts out music. Anyway just was surprised she ignored Kenny when he died.

Honestly it doesn’t bother me. People seem to have all these rules of what celebrities need to do. Why should they be posting about a passing of a colleague? I always feel it is not genuine unless they were VERY close (like Dolly was with Kenny). And just doing it to please fans who critique them for not commenting...

Oh please Shania posts all kinds of phony things about young artists she barely knows. Kenny supported her way back. She doesn't have to post anything because a fan says so. She should post it to pay respect to a legend who was a huge crossover icon way before Shania. It would show classs. I just pointed it out because Kenny died on Friday and not one mention from Shania. Lets be real Shania posts stupid phony stuff about younger artists just to be cool with what is hot now. A small mention and paying respect to a country icon who she knew and who has praised Shania and who was well respected and loved would of been nice. She can do what she wants obviously, i just gave my opinion.
