Seeing a lot of comments on other Internet spaces saying Shania isn't a good host (and that she comes across drunk or high). I think she just seems like her normal self.

I like how she is - and she is 100% herself. I think now people are so stiff and rehearsed that when people show their true personality it’s shocking 🤣

Extremely disappointed. She teased last week that the fans would be very happy but all we heard was a recording of Man! I Feel Like A Woman! and a five second snippet of Dirty Rosie. What a wasted opportunity!

The show was very lackluster. She really could have performed something, I mean the show was scheduled to end at 10:30 so it actually finished early which is unheard of for a music award show.

Indeed what a wasted opportunity! Why bother launching the single before?

We might be minimizing her voice condition to perform live due her previous medical conditions
That's the only reason I see for her not to perform.

We need to be happy she's still willing to release new music!

I'd maybe believe that if she wasn't about to open for Harry Styles in London for 12 shows in June. That's quite a commitment if her voice wasn't up to par.

Open?? Lol with all due respect Shania doesn't open for anyone. I don't come on this board anymore but some of you fans make me laugh. . Whatever she is doing with styles it's not opening for him lol lol and I don't understand her trying to be cool and obsessing over someone more than half her age when she was an icon way before he did anything. It's quiet embarrassing actually. Also you fans crying about her not performing need to stop. You know very well if she performed most of you would of been negative on her performance and people on toxic social media would of bashed her because she won't sound exactly like they want her to. It's best she did not perform.

I don’t really see what people are complaining about. I’ve watched her opening and other parts and she comes off really well and not under the influence as I’ve seen many comments elsewhere suggest. I think the real issue people are having is that Shania is not a funny person so there is no joking compared to when Reba, Bryan, Carrie, Brad and other people host.
